When Professional Litigation & Polygraph Services, LLC accepts an assignment, we guarantee we are currently licensed or allowed to practice business in the area specified.
PI License
When we accept an assignment, we guarantee we are licensed in good standing or otherwise authorized to work in the area specified in the case assignment.
Insurance Requirements
Professional Litigation & Polygraph Services, LLC maintains the following types of insurance:
General Liability
Commercial General Liability including the following coverage: General Liability, Products/Completed Operations Aggregate; Bodily Injury, Property Damage Liability; Personal and Advertising Injury Liability; Medical Payments Contractors and Subcontracted Work; and Errors and Omissions with the following minimum limits: $1,000,000 each occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.
Workers' Compensation
Workers' Compensation as required by law in the state where the work is being performed.
Automobile Liability
Automobile Liability including coverage for all owned, leased, hired and non-owned vehicles with a minimum limit of $300,000 per accident.
