Acknowledgments, daily reports, and final reports are submitted, via e-mail or hard copy mail, as specified by client.
Acknowledgement of Case Assignments
When work is assigned to Professional Litigation & Polygraph Services, LLC, we will acknowledge acceptance of the work, terms, and price within 24 hours of receipt of assignment.
Case Updates on Investigations
Investigation updates will be available following the reporting day. Case progress from the field can be reported daily, depending upon the client's needs.
Adherence to Case Time Schedule
Proper case planning and communication with the client will ensure we understand the client's expected case timeline.
If we are not able to meet the specific timelines for an individual case, we will communicate with the client and attempt to work out an alternative or an exception.
